Marianne Elliott directs Company, Stephen Sondheim and George Furth’s musical about life, love and marriage. 

Starring Rosalie Craig as Bobbie and Tony and Olivier award-winner Patti LuPone as Joanne, this musical masterpiece opens in September 2018 at the Gielgud Theatre for a strictly limited season.

This production is recommended for ages 15 and up. The production contains strobe lighting, scenes of a sexual nature, swearing, smoking, and drugs. Please note real cigarettes are smoked during this production.

Please note that the appearance of any artist cannot be guaranteed. All persons aged under 16 must be accompanied and sat next to the accompanying adult. They may not sit on their own within the auditorium. If children do have separate seats, entry could be refused. All patrons, regardless of age, must present a valid ticket to gain entry to the theatre. Please ensure that any children or infants for whom you are responsible also have a valid ticket. Gielgud Theatre’s Company cast album to begin recording this weekend along with a new documentary

The West End revival of Companywhich stars Rosalie Craig and Patti LuPone, has been confirmed to begin its cast recording at the weekend. The recording sessions will also be filmed for an upcoming 2019 documentary on the making of the Marianne Elliott production, which offers an innovative new take on the Stephen Sondheim classic.

Company is now booking at the Gielgud Theatre until 30 March 2019.

Who won at this year's Evening Standard Theatre Awards 2018?

This year’s Evening Standard Theatre Awards showed just how much people enjoy a bit of company. The West End revival of Companywhich is currently running at the Gielgud Theatre and stars Rosalie Craig and Patti LuPone, took home two big awards for the night, including Best Musical Performance for Craig’s portrayal of Bobbie and Best Director for Marianne Elliott. Other notable winners include Natasha Gordon for Most Promising Playwright for her National Theatre production of Nine Night (which transfers to Trafalgar Studios on 1 December 2018) and Ralph Fiennes for Best Actor for his performance in the National Theatre’s Antony and Cleopatra.

The production team for Company has just announced the show’s final cast members, who will be keeping Rosalie Craig and Patti Lupone company. The West End production of this legendary Broadway musical premieres at the Gielgud Theatre this September following the closing of the two-part historical epic Imperium.
